Israeli Navy: Multi-Platform B2B Ordering & Management System (End-User & Admin)

  • Project Overview & Goal: A comprehensive multi-platform UX/UI solution (Desktop & Mobile) designed for the Israeli Navy to manage complex operational logistics and supply requests. The system handles diverse, specialized product categories—ranging from transport, food supply, and construction to specialized naval and military assets—providing dedicated, streamlined interfaces for both field end-users and system administrators.

  • Key UX & Process Highlights:

    • Information Architecture & Multi-Category Management: Designed a robust categorization structure capable of handling distinct operational workflows (e.g., transport, food, construction, weapons, and fluid supplies) under a single unified ecosystem.

    • Advanced Filtering & Status Tracking: Implemented granular filtering mechanisms by request status (Approved, Pending, Rejected, Draft) and category, enabling high-intent users to track and manage critical requests efficiently.

    • Multi-Platform Consistency (Desktop & Mobile): Bridged the gap between mobile field use (quick requests and status checks on-the-go) and heavy desktop administrative control (dashboards, reviews, and bulk actions).

    • Role-Based Workflows (End-User vs. Admin): Tailored distinct user journeys to minimize cognitive load, ensuring smooth submission paths for personnel and powerful overview capabilities for system commanders and administrators.
